Chalet Information
Your chalet, a brightly colored tent in the exclusive front row prime viewing area provides you with a private, comfortable area for entertaining your guests which may include friends, clients, customers and employees.
Food and beverages are not included. Arrangements for catering and beverage service (beer, wine, and soft drinks) must be made through Springfield Air Rendezvous.
Catering services must be approved by Springfield Air Rendezvous!

Each chalet includes the following:
- 20 x 20 tent fully assembled with fencing
- Sign with Sponsors Name
- 65 passes for each day - Saturday and Sunday (passes indicate sponsor identification)
- Chalet area VIP parking passes
- Skirted tables
- Chairs
- Landscaping
- Access to private Chalet restroom facilities
- Trash containers with periodic servicing
- One set of commemorative license plates
- One golf shirt, complimentary (additional shirts may be purchased)
- Volunteers to assist you in your Chalet
- Larger Chalets may be purchased for additional cost
