Dana-Thomas house is owned by the state of Illinois. The home, a Midwestern
architectural treasure, is open to the public for tours and available for
hosting private parties. The home is the best-preserved and most complete
of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright's early "Prairie" houses
and is characterized by its low horizontal roofs, wide overhanging eaves,
and rows of art glass windows. Call for special hours and events during
